So with this marvelous and still-growing resource right at our fingertips I decided to participate by doing a walk-around of one of my own figures. This is my first walk-around so I hope I cover everything you want to know!

Here I'll be 'show casing' Schleich's (unquestionably an Aylesbury) Duck. This model was retired a couple of years ago to make way for their new family of mallards. However, I quite like this figure, and after taking him out for my walk-around pictures I realised I like him even more than before.
One of the reasons why this duck has grown on me is, upon closer inspection, it's clear to see that a surprising level of detail has gone into sculpting his plumage: the details on his wings, flank and abdomen all enhance the soft, fluffy appearance of his downy feathers (details which, coincidently, my camera does no justice - I'll try to update the pictures when possible).
Anyway enough of my opinion. Please enjoy my photos and see what you think.

And now the downside: the bill is painted very sloppily, and not to where it should be at all (though for some collectors, this problem is easy to overcome

).

I apologise for the quality of the images

Thanks for looking
