Nile crocodile ( CollectA Wild life)
« on: August 01, 2015, 07:30:19 PM »
New 2015 Nile Crocodile from CollectA. Nice to see a croc that is in a different pose. This one is about to jump up and grab an unfortunate gazelle or gnu  :))
I did not notice it before, but the fire turned out to have an articulated jaw, so it can be closed or open mouth, your pick ;)

I'm rather disappointed. It looks like a cheaper copy of the one on the preview pic :(.

I'm a bit undecided about the figure. The catalogue photo looks overwhelming but the final product seems to differ a lot - I thought the tip of the snout would be a good deal narrower. However, it does not seem to be so disappointing as CollectA's American Alligator which looked wonderful on the catalogue photo but has so many issues. The paint work of the Nile Crocodile looks quite good for a mass product.
