White Rhino (Collecta-Wild Life).
« on: December 25, 2014, 09:08:46 PM »
Hello friends, this is the figure of White Rhino (Ceratotherium simum) Burchell, 1817 of Collecta-Wild Life. Total lenght is 140 mm. This figure was relased in 2006 and it is avaliable nowadays. The white rhinoceros is generally considered the largest land mammal after the elephants. Their bodies are massive and they have large heads, short necks and broad chests. The head and body length is 3.7 to 4 m (12.1 to 13.1 ft) in males and 3.4 to 3.65 m (11.2 to 12.0 ft) in females, with the tail adding another 70 cm (28 in) and the shoulder height is 170 to 186 cm (5.58 to 6.10 ft) in the male and 160 to 177 cm (5.25 to 5.81 ft) in the female.

Collecta is a young brand of figures, but in his short time of existence, they have done a lot of figures of different species of animals (included rare species of dinosaurs and animals). In their category of wild life, they have included the White Rhino. This figure is a nice representation of this animal. The colors are exact and the details are nice and the sculpture is awesome. I think that it is one of the best figures of this animal and a good acquistion for rhinos collectors. I bought this figure in aI bought this figure in a flea market the last sunday and I fixed a lot of scuffs that it had ^-^.
