Why cant this forum have a contest too?

We do have animal toy forum diorama contests. However, this year I couldn't find a sponsor.

Maybe. If we can find a sponsor, definitely! I'm always happy to be approached by potential sponsors

perhaps if one proves hard to find a crowd funding project to earn the money for one?

In the early days on the DTF, we didn't have prizes, other than prize banners. The contest was mainly for fun. So, there's always that option. but it us better and more inviting when there are prizes at stake
