Monster in my pocket
« on: January 03, 2013, 11:46:24 PM »
Encouraged by dogEdoodoo's Puppy in my Pocket collection thread, I thought I'd share my Monster in my Pocket collection.

Are monsters animals? I guess some of them are, but the best place for this topic is probably still the 'other toys' section ;)
I have the entire first and second series; I actually posted this overview pic on the old dinotoyforum archive ages ago, so it's about time I rebooted the topic.

I reviewed the T. rex on the dinotoyblog a few years ago: http://www.dinotoyblog.com/2010/10/22/tyrannosaurus-rex-monster-in-my-pocket-by-matchbox/ and the Loch Ness Monster was also reviewed there:
http://www.dinotoyblog.com/2010/11/25/loch-ness-monster-monsters-in-my-pocket-series-2-by-matchbox/ , so I have close up pictures of them both:

I still need to get around to taking photos of the others...

I acquired a green transparent robot scorpion that looks a bit like those, but it is soft plastic and generic.
