I don't think I've ever seen this figure before! :o :) While identifying the species it was cast from may require data on scale counts and such and thus would be harder, I'd say the two circles on the hood should probably indicate it's Naja naja.

Oh, so it's an Indian cobra then? I guessed that it might have been one, but I wasn't sure :)
